Shipping and Return Policies

Orders will process in 2-3 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.
Packages ship USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified, and do not require a signature for delivery. Sskein can not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Sskein cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Sskein is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Sskein accepts returns of products purchased on the site provided they are returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the product. Furthermore, full-priced merchandise can be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale, discount codes or special promotion items (for example: Black Friday, Anniversary sale) can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchanges or store credit.
If order value falls below on free shipping minimum, we reserve the right to adjust refund of original shipping cost.
To request a return, please complete the return form. Once your return is approved, you will receive a trackable shipping label. Repack the item(s) you would like to return in the initial packaging and attach the label to the outside of the package. Your first return on every order is free. Additional returns within that same order incur a $15 shipping fee, so be sure to return all your items at once.
All items must be returned in unused and otherwise perfect condition with original tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sskein Studio LLC holds the right to deny the refund, exchange, or store credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Once a return has been issued, a credit will be applied to your payment method within 10-14 business days. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
Store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card to be used on the site. Customers will receive an e-mail with the gift card code, which can be entered upon checkout for future purchases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
International shipping costs, duties, taxes, VAT and other relevant charges are the sole responsibility of purchasing customers. Sskein has partnered with Global-E and Shopify to offer a seamless checkout experience for International customers. All incurred expenses associated with International orders are charged at checkout to simplify the buying process and offer complete transparency.
International Returns and Exchanges are unfortunately not yet processed via our Return & Exchange Portal. Shipping costs and duties for International Returns and Exchange are the sole responsibility of purchasing customers.
