Shipping and Return Policies
Complimentary U.S. Standard Ground shipping, 7 to 10 business days on orders over $400+.
Additional expedited shipping options are available at check-out.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Ground shipping will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. PST with Next Day Air or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day (PLEASE NOTE EXPEDITED SHIPPING CARRIERS DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAY or SUNDAY). Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the next business day.
Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item, check the expected delivery timeline in the product description; it may add to processing time.
Unless otherwise specified, packages shipped via USPS or UPS do not require a signature for delivery. Sskein can not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. You may contact the shipper directly if you have an issue with your shipment.

Sskein cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Sskein is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Sskein accepts returns of full-priced products purchased on the site, provided they are returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale, discount code, or special promotion items (such as Black Friday or an anniversary sale) can only be returned for exchange or store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
To request a return, please complete this return form. You'll receive a return label after your request is approved. A $10 flat-rate return label fee will be deducted from the original payment.
How to ship your item(s)
1. Securely pack items. If available, please use the original packaging.
2. Attach your return label to the package and include a packing slip.
3. Drop off the package within 7 days at your nearest carrier location.
4. We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.
5. A $10 flat-rate return label fee will be deducted from the original payment.

All items must be returned in unused, perfect, new-like, resalable condition, with original tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sskein Studio LLC reserves the right to deny the refund, exchange, or store credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
Please allow seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Once a return has been issued, a credit will be applied to your payment method within 10-14 business days. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

• Non-defective customized/personalized items
• Gift cards, candles, detergents, socks
• Downloadable software products
• International shipping, taxes, or duty

Store credit will be issued as an online gift card for the site. Customers will receive an email with the gift card code, which they can enter upon checkout for future purchases.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
International shipping costs, duties, taxes, VAT, and other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the purchasing customer. Sskein has partnered with Global-E and Shopify to offer a seamless checkout experience for International customers. All expenses associated with international orders are charged at checkout to simplify the buying process and provide complete transparency.
Unfortunately, International Returns and Exchanges have not yet been processed via our Return & Exchange Portal. Shipping costs and duties for International Returns and Exchanges are the sole responsibility of the purchasing customers.
