Shipping and Return Policies

US SHIPPING 


Complimentary U.S. Standard Ground shipping, 7 to 10 business days on orders over $300+.

Additional expedited shipping options are available at check-out.

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Ground shipping will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. PST with Next Day Air or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day (PLEASE NOTE EXPEDITED SHIPPING CARRIERS DO NOT DELIVER ON SATURDAY or SUNDAY). Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. 

Please note that if you ordered an item on pre-order, please check the expected timing under the product description, which may add to the processing time.

Unless otherwise specified, packages ship USPS or UPS and do not require a signature for delivery. Sskein can not be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. You may contact the shipper directly if you have an issue with your shipment.

Sskein cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Sskein is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


Sskein accepts returns of full-priced products purchased on the site, provided they are returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Sale, discount code, or special promotion items (such as Black Friday or an anniversary sale) can only be returned for exchange or store credit. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

To request a return, please complete the return. Once your return is approved, repack the item(s) you would like to return in the initial packaging and attach a shipping label to the outside of the package.

At this time, Sskein does not provide return shipping labels. You may choose whichever carrier you prefer. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We have found USPS to be the most reliable and cost-effective.

All items must be returned in unused and otherwise perfect new-like resalable condition with original tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sskein Studio LLC reserves the right to deny the refund, exchange, or store credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your own expense, and a refund will not be issued.

Please allow seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Once a return has been issued, a credit will be applied to your payment method within 10-14 business days. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. 

Socks are final sale due to health standards.

Store credit will be issued as an online gift card for the site. Customers will receive an email with the gift card code, which they can enter upon checkout for future purchases. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

International shipping costs, duties, taxes, VAT, and other relevant charges are the sole responsibility of purchasing customers. Sskein has partnered with Global-E and Shopify to offer a seamless checkout experience for International customers. All expenses associated with international orders are charged at checkout to simplify the buying process and provide complete transparency. 

Unfortunately, International Returns and Exchanges have not yet been processed via our Return & Exchange Portal. Shipping costs and duties for International Returns and Exchanges are the sole responsibility of purchasing customers. For more information or to begin the International Return or Exchange process, please email info@sskein.co with your Order Number in the subject line. 

Sskein is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise through the return or exchange process.
