We currently offer free basic shipping on all domestic orders.

All domestic orders are shipped from our Bellevue location Monday-Friday within 2-3 business days after placing your order.

Estimated delivery date for orders placed during our presale will be noted on each product page. We will send your items as soon as we get them in our hands.

Expedited shipping will be prioritized and dispatch the following business day when possible. Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday or first business day after.

Packages ship USPS via Sendle, a carbon neutral shipping service, unless otherwise specified, and do not require signature for delivery. Since signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure. A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order, and can be used to track the progress of your shipment. Deliveries are available only on normal business days.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Due to covid-19, some packages may be delayed.

International customers are responsible for any duties or import fees required by their local tax authorities.  

 
LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
